The factory behind Weichun Lighting — what we hold, and what we are still confirming

What the factory states about itself
These come from the factory's own English-language catalogue, supplied to us directly. They are the factory's statements, not measurements we have taken or documents an auditor has verified.

Guzhen is the town that makes a large share of China's decorative and outdoor lighting. That is useful context for tooling and component supply. It is not, on its own, a quality claim about any one workshop — including this one.
The open question: which company manufactures
We will not name a manufacturer of record until the factory confirms one in writing, because the documents we hold do not agree.
- The product catalogue and all three priced workbooks are issued in the name of Zhongshan Pinye Lighting Co., Ltd (中山市品业灯饰有限公司), and the model codes on the English specification sheets carry a
PY-prefix. - The trading storefront this range is sold through is registered to Zhongshan Weichun Lighting Co., Ltd (中山市伟淳灯饰有限公司) — the name this site trades under.
- The two records give different founding dates and different street addresses in the same town.
Both may be entirely legitimate. A manufacturing company and a separate trading company sharing a range is an ordinary arrangement in Guzhen. But which entity builds a given model decides whose name belongs on a certificate, whose site an auditor visits, and whose declaration a customs authority relies on — so the position is being confirmed in writing, and the answer will be published on this page.
In the meantime: Ryanfulfil (Singapore) is the contracting seller and issues your invoice, whichever workshop builds the goods. That does not change with the answer.
Certificates and test reports
Ask which documents apply to your model and destination market, and the sales team will send the ones that cover it.
To be explicit about what that means today: we hold no certificate or test report for any model on this site. The factory's catalogue reproduces a page of Chinese design-patent certificates as thumbnails, but they are too small to read, we have not seen the originals, and we have not confirmed whose name is on them — so we make no patent claim and no certification claim anywhere on this site.
The complete originals of anything the factory holds are on request from it — CE, RoHS, IP-rating test reports, battery transport documentation (UN 38.3 for lithium cells) and the design patents with their holder field visible. Tell us which document your market needs for which model and we will chase that one first.
Buying before the documents arrive
You do not have to wait for our paperwork to catch up. Three things you can do on a first order, all of which we will arrange:
- Take a paid sample first and test it against your own requirement. Credited against the first order when that is agreed at quotation stage.
- Book third-party pre-shipment inspection. Routine on a first order with any new supplier, and not a statement of distrust about this one.
- Ask for a live factory call. You pick the area and the model, the camera keeps moving, nothing is recorded without everyone's agreement.
Lithium cells are in nearly every product on this site. If you are importing by air, ask us for the battery transport documentation before you book freight, not after.
